At the Thorold Family Medical Centre our goal is to provide patients with the highest level of medical care.  The Centre provides a wide range of of medical services as a Family Health Organization (FHO) in Thorold, Ontario.

After Hours Clinics

We offer After Hours Clinics, Monday to Friday from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. as well as Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m .
The After Hours Clinic is for patients registered to this clinic and not open to the general public
All after hours appointments are available for urgent medical problems and not for routine healthcare issues.

About Our Facility

Visit the Thorold Family Medical Centre in our modern, accessible facility in Downtown Thorold. Ample free parking is available in the municipal lot on Albert Street West at Towpath Ave, adjacent to Fire Station 1. Handicap parking spots are also available in front of our building located at 21 Front St. S. Thorold.

In Person or Virtual Appointments

Patients may book either “in-person” or “virtual/telemedicine” visits with their family doctor for regular appointments only.

After Hours for Urgent Care

All after hours appointments are available for urgent medical problems and not for routine healthcare issues.
