All after hours appointments are available for urgent medical problems and not for routine healthcare issues. After Hours Clinics are avaiable for in person visits only.

We offer After Hours Clinics, Monday to Friday from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. as well as Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 1 p.m.

After Hours Clinics NOT Available on Holidays

We will not have the After Hours Clinics on the following holidays

  • New Years Day (January 1)
  • Family Day (February)
  • Good Friday
  • Easter Monday
  • Victoria Day (May)
  • Canada Day (day will vary)
  • Civic Holiday (August)
  • Labour Day (September)
  • Thanksgiving (October)
  • Christmas Day (December 25)
  • Boxing Day (December 26)

At The Thorold Family Medical Centre, our goal is to provide patients with the highest level of medical care. The Centre provides a wide range of services as a Family Health Organization (FHO).

In Person or Virtual Appointments

Patients may book either “in-person” or “virtual/telemedicine” visits with their family doctor for regular appointments only.

After Hours for Urgent Care

All after hours appointments are available for urgent medical problems and not for routine healthcare issues.
In Person Visits Only.
Starting May 1/24 - there will NOT be an After Hours Clinic on Sunday.
After Hours Clinics not available on listed holidays
